A letter to the union on the underpass of Florence TAV
Some / people / s of the "Committee against the underpass TAV" critically attended the conference held today at the Palace of the Guelph, organized by the CGIL. The letter to the mayor / citizens / s who oppose the project under crossing of Florence TAV have been calling for years for a comparison of public institutions in which they demonstrate, beyond advertising slogans, the usefulness of this work.

A proposito dell'occupazione prodotta da questi grandi cantieri dobbiamo ricordarci un lavoratore, Pietro Mirabelli, “lancista” nei cantieri CAVET in Mugello, morto pochi mesi fa in un incidente sul lavoro in una galleria in Svizzera, dove si era rifugiato perché mobbizzato nei cantieri italiani. Fu Pietro che ebbe il coraggio di denunciare e far capire che il lavoro che c'è in questi cantieri non è buono, che non è ben pagato, che non è molto, che è frutto di giochi vergognosi di appalti e subappalti che portavano a scaricare sugli ultimi – i lavoratori e le piccole ditte – tutti i costi sociali, umani ed economici di queste grandi opere. E' bene ricordare che, in passato, nel gioco di appalti e subappalti dei cantieri TAV siamo arrivati a far sì che gli ultimi realizzatori concreti dell'opera ricevessero il 10% della spesa sostenuta dallo stato; il 90% degli importi si distribuiva nei vari passaggi, spesso in società in odor di mafia.

Un ultimo favore chiediamo: non continuate a raccontarci le favole che con la liberazione dei binari di superficie si potenzierà il servizio regionale, guardate sulla linea Firenze Bologna liberata dai treni TAV: c'è il deserto.
