The Woman ) except for the natural consequences of compression in PAL. And here the jump is just too great (even the upscaler of the BD board was able to resolve the situation to some extent) to be justified with a different video signal. This suggests that the loan comes from somewhere else. However, the image, although not defined what the other is characterized by an excellent contrast and grayscale satisfactory. Original sound remarkable in every respect, cleanliness and ambience at the highest levels. The edition offers a chance to see the English version (original) and American (as amended at the beginning and end, and with minimal spread). We also have a U.S. edition this short documentary, subtitled. Criterion easily wins this comparison. Not much else to report, we can only hope that the next outgoing Powell share a better transfer.

PS. the Criterion DVD is pictureboxed, then gives definition playback (but of course will remain higher than the Sinister).
